Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website. They are deliberately short. The substance of any working relationship is set out in a separate, signed engagement agreement — never here.

The site is informational

Everything published here — concept articles, capability descriptions, research notes, and the manifesto — is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, security, or engineering advice, and it does not constitute an offer to enter into any agreement.

A briefing is a conversation, not a contract

Requesting or attending a briefing does not create an engagement, advisory relationship, or any obligation on either side. A working relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement that sets out scope, terms, and confidentiality.

Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, and visual design of this site are the property of zkDB. Cited academic papers belong to their respective authors and publishers; we link to them and summarise them, and claim no ownership over them. You may quote or reference our public writing with attribution.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” While we take care to be accurate — particularly with technical and regulatory claims — we make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it.

Independence

zkDB is an independent firm. References to academic institutions, regulatory frameworks, named systems, or commercial platforms are for context and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership unless explicitly stated.
